A remarkable new municipal facility in south-central Wyoming, three hours north of Denver, Rochelle Ranch sports a rugged, rough-hewn look, with weathered, wind-blown bunkers, tall wavy grasses and expansive sand dunes that blend seamlessly into the surrounding terrain. The strategically-bunkered fairways were designed with extra width to accommodate a wide variety of players on a site that often features strong prairie breezes. The course earned its first tournament before opening, the 2007 Wyoming State Senior Men's event.
